PROFILE SUMMARY

Currently, Dr. Teerath Das working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Teerath Das completed his PhD in Computer Science (in 2020), held in collaboration between Gran Sasso Science Institute – GSSI and IMT Institute for Advanced Studies, Lucca, Italy. Prior to this, he received his M.Sc. in Computer Science from South Asian University, India and B.E in Computer Engineering from NUST Rawalpindi in 2014 and 2012, respectively. His area of research include: Empirical Software Engineering, Mining Software Repositories (mainly from GitHub), Software Evolution and Maintenance, and Automatic Code Refactoring. He is applying these research techniques to empirically analyses performance-related issues in open-source Android applications. He co-authorized several scientific peer-reviewed articles in international journal and conferences.
