This is a career transition program, designed for the students who have fourteen years of education but wish to have sixteen years specialized bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance. They will learn the concepts and processes needed to protect, validate and attest to the integrity and reliability of financial information. The graduates can also pursue further eighteen years of education like MBA or MS/M.Phil. This program will also provide an easy and fast-moving pathway towards professional certifications like Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) etc.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- 14 Years education or B.COM /BSC/BA or Equivalent securing at least 45% in annual system or minimum CGPA 2.0/4.0 (Grade point average system)

DURATION
- This is a two-year degree program comprising of 4 semesters. There will be a Fall and a Spring semester in each year. The summer session will be utilized as bridging semester, or for deficiency courses or to improve the CGPA. The maximum duration to complete the degree program is 04 years
PROJECT
- A student is required to register for the Business Project after the completion of 36 credit hours with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 / 4.0
INTERNSHIP
- All students ideally undergo 6-8 weeks internship arranged by the placement office. The internship is normally taken after passing 36 Credit Hours. The internship is closely monitored by an internship coordinator. Successful completion of internship is an important requirement for graduation. Students having relevant job experience may be exempted.
BUSINESS PROJECT
- A student is required to register for the Business Project after the completion of 36 credit hours with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 / 4.0
EXEMPTIONS IN PROFESSIONAL BODIES VIA BS ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
- BS-AF 04 years program after 12 Years education is an accredited ACCA program. On the completion of program, students will be able to get exemptions in eight papers of ACCA. However, BS-AF 02 years program after 14 years of education is also mapped with ACCA and after completion, students may be able to apply for exemptions
